task 12

1. Watch this clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JW8wa8rjsDM 2. In the clip the narrator says 'I am you worse fear. I am a future without books'. Write a letter to this future, in which you plead against the loss of books OR become a proponent for a future without books. Create a letter of about 150-200 words, in which you give good arguments and try to persuade the other. Dear future, I am afraid for you, because you are losing all the books. I cannot imagine it, a future without books. If there are no books in the future, we will forget the past. All history books will be gone and nobody can read about what happened in the past. This is risky because people in the future would make the same mistakes as people in the past and that is not what we want. Besides that, if there are no books in the future, we cannot teach or kids. Studying without books is hard and it is not good for kids if there have to study with electronics, because they would be distracted .
